Your price isn't the lowest when l compare with other supplier?

Yes,maybe.Different processes have different costs.Prices are influenced by many factors,Sometimes appearance maybe same,while materials are different.Pls kindly do not deny only from the price,let's discuss the most feasible way together.We assure same quality our price must be the competitive one.

How do you guarantee quality?

Strict inspection in the production of our products including the initial,middle and final stages,we have passed FCC,BSCl,SEDEX,SGS factory inspection. also welcome third-party inspection at any time.
Usually,if i need to customized decoration,what should i do?

You can send us an inquiry,tell your detailed requirements,type,packing,quantity or other information what you have. If you have more experience or comments about the products please do contact us.

How about the minimum order quantity?

The MOQ for each product is different,usually is 300-500+. For example,if your oven can hold 24 cookies at a time,the electricity bill for making 6 and 24 cookies is about the same. The more products you create,the lower the cost of producing more products.
What is your reply rate and response time ?

The message will be replied within 2 hours. Maybe we are not the best one you've met. But we guarantee that we are the most responsible one. Trust us maybe a better choice.
